The last few days

"What shall I do, then, with Jesus who is called Christ?" Pilate asked. They all answered, "Crucify Him!" Matthew 27:22
In a few days, we will be celebrating the single greatest event to ever take place. This blessed event is the celebration of Jesus Christ as the Risen Lord! Jesus Christ, by his death and resurrection, opened the door’s of Heaven. These doors aren’t open to everyone, only those that choose to claim and follow the life of Jesus Christ as Savior.
The following is perhaps what Jesus felt during His last few days:
The last few days
I look around and see all your faces.
I bring you the truth, but you turn on my graces.
I heal your wounded and raise your dead.
You turn on me and call out for my head.
I am the Son of God, I bring you your freedom!
You call it heresy and deny me my kingdom.
The day is coming soon, it’s time for me to die.
You don’t understand, "It’s for you!" And so I cry.
I go to the garden, on my knees I pray.
"Oh, Father please forgive them,
they don’t know what they say."
You take me before your rulers yelling, "Crucify Him!"
You break me, you beat me and put me on a limb.
I now hang above your world that I came to save.
While you rejoice, waiting to put me in my grave.
I say, "It is finished!" My life on earth is over.
You put me in a cave, with a stone cover.
Three days later I rise, defeating death forever.
I look into Satan’s eyes and say, "Never!"
I look around and see all your faces.
I bring you life, will you turn on my graces?
I healed your wounded and raised your dead.
If you turn on me now, it may be your head.
I am the Son of God, I bring you your freedom!
You can accept me now and enter my Kingdom.
Until you give your life over to Jesus Christ, Satan may just have your head! Harsh but true. I say, don’t let it happen. Give your life over to Jesus, He died for you!!!
In Him, "E"
