My husband is almost 65 years old and is addicted to prescription pain medication and sleeping pills as well as alcohol. I am 69 years old and common sense tells me I am coming to the end of my life. I don't want to continue living this way. It is very stressful. It has been going on for 10 years. He buys from drug dealears and we do not have the money, but he does it anyway. We are behind on our bills. We can't go the grocery store and buy what we need, just the bare necessities. My husband really needs prayers and myself as well. Thank you.

Please pray for my mother. I don't know what is going on with her. She won't go to a doctor, for dear that she will have something serious. She has always been this way. We thought she had food allergies, or maybe celiac disease, but can't say for sure, because she won't talk to the doctor about it, and is scared of MRIs because she gets claustrophobic. She gets sicks when she eats certain things. The night before last she suddenly started having stomach pain, and severe joint pain. She was weak yesterday, but the joint pain was a litle better, she was just achy. Today she can't eat anything, she throws up everything, and she has a bad headache, and was in pain last night. I am scared, and so depressed. I'm afraid she ahs some kind of cancer, and that I am going to lose her. I can't lose her. The only people I have in this whole world is my mother, and my 4 kids. My husband left us 8 years ago. I have no one else, I don't even have any friends. Me, my mom, and kids live together. I was a dependent wife, and I don't drive. My mom drives us wherever we go, and we share the rent, bills, and groceries. I'm not telling this, to say we need her for those things. Just trying to explain our lives a little better. We all need each other, and love each other so much. No one else in the world cares about us at all, we have no support from anyone. We never see family, and they don't really care, except to exchange dutiful "happy birthdays" on facebook. I take care of about 75% of the bills and all. I work at home making custom made items, and sell them on the internet. For us to get by, I have to usually work 12 plus hours a day. Sometimes I don't get to sleep. I don't know how I am going to continue to work, when I am so distressed about my mom. I am sick with worry. If I lose even 1-2 days of work, I am in trouble, because I will have people wanting to sue me over items that have to be finished by a certain time. I don't know how to handle this, especially if something really serious is wrong with her. I don't know what to do. I feel like I am going to have a nervous breakdown. Please pray that my mother is okay, and that it is something minor that will go away, or something that can be controlled by diet or something. Please, please pray that she doesn't have cancer or any other terminal diseaser. Please pray that she gets better. In Jesus name, Amen.

I would like to start off that I came on this website around October for a request of prayers during my pregnancy when the doctors took some tests on me and my daughter saying that she was going to have trisomy 13. A rare syndrome that only a few babies get and only 10% of babies with this syndrome live past there first birthday. I was hurt, but in situations like these I turned to god and kept my faith that my daughter was going to be fine, I never lost my faith, I asked the lord to save her, to please prove these doctors wrong, now I understand that god does not give us what we want but what we need. My daughter was born and it was clear that she had the syndrome, my heart was broken to see how much pain she was in, and the doctors really couldn't help her. so I turned to god and I said "lord she's all yours do what's best." on the third day god took back his little angel. It hurts losing a child but I was glad that she was no longer in pain and I was told that god has plans for me. but knowing all of this its hard to get up each day and I am asking this time a prayer for me, to help me get up off my feet because there's days where I feel alone.

I am a recovery drug addict for eight years. I had no other choice but to surrender my life over to Christ. Because death was knocking at my door. My husband and I did a christan recovery program together. I have two daughters from my first marriage and there're adults now. In my recovery I went to my daugthers and ask for forgiveness and they have forgiven me for my past mistakes. But when they get mad at me they bring my past up. I just found out that I have kidney disease. I am 33 and the mom of a 7 year old. My husband and I are in the process of adopting. I am also a seminary student. I don't know the extent of the kidney issues yet, but will be seeing a nephrologist soon. I would love any prayer from the prayer warriors out there. Mostly for peace., because even though I am scared right now, I know God is in control. Prayers for healing and guidance for the doctors is also much appreciated. And prayers for guidance and encouragement for my sweet husband are also much appreciated.

Please pray for me. I ask you to pray for me that the Lord will open the door for good job with good benefits. My present employer has cut my hours and now is decreasing my wages by 5%. The company is also letting employees go and cutting benefits. It is hard to live on my salary and survive. I know God can make away where it seems impossible. Please pray for me. I need a miracle! Recently, I betrayed her trust and told a mutual friend something private of hers. She now refuses to speak with me or have anything to do with me. Sh is the woman I want to walk my journey with. My husband had a severe head injury about 19 years ago, and while he was in the hospital he also had a stroke that caused some weakness of his left leg. He has come a long way, but now he is also a diabetic. My request for prayer has to do with his uncontrolled blood sugars. Greg refuses to give up sweets, and to change his diet. He also refuses to exercise, even though we have a treadmill for him. He is on insulin now and is gaining more and more weight, which is making it harder for him to walk because of the weakness of his left leg. He loses his balance much more frequently now. The doctor wants to increase his insulin from just before bedtime to before every meal. Greg knows this will make him gain even more weight and he has asked for the doctor to wait to see if he could get the sugars down with exercise and the changing of his diet. But Greg only plays at changing and never really changes much of anything. My prayer request for Greg would be that he fully faces the seriousness of his illness and starts taking responsibility for his disease before it is too late and the damage become irreversible. Thank you for your prayers for him.

I feel like I am going to have a nervous breakdown if this does not happen because of the current situation I am in. Hi, A family I know very well does not have a house to live in currently. They have been living in their barn on their farm. There is only generator power sometimes and their van to keep them warm. They are in need of food and water. I bring what I can to them, I really need more people to come together. They live in brandywine, md. Right now it is snowing very heavy and the temperatures for the next 4 days are going to be 20's during day and single digits in the night. My name is Saratou, I am in my second marriage. I have no peace, no love in my life. My first marriage was in 1998, the husband spend one year only with me and canceled the marriage for another woman. It is a church marriage. The second one in 2006, also my husband stay with me for one year after that he leave for another area leaving me with a baby. I still alone and take care of my child who is 7 years now. I have never done this before but am really seeking prayers for my niece who is under 10 years old. I just found out she has contemplated suicide and it breaks my heart. She knows our Holy Father and I pray that she feels His loving arms around her and to take away the darkness from her spirit and to prevent the devil from blocking Our Father's light. I have a feeling that there is something deeper going on that she does not want to reveal and I hope and pray that stops as well. Please pray for our little girl. In God's hands. Amen
